Network Members

Appraisal Management Companies, technology companies, rating agencies, appraisal associations or coalitions, and other service providers to the appraisal community.
FEE: $2500 annually.
Limit to 3 members (additional network members are $199 each).

Appraiser Members

We are currently inviting appraisers to join the Collateral Risk Network. We are seeking a geographically diverse core of appraisers demonstrating leadership. Be a part of the change component. Written recommendation must come from two lenders.(We reserve the right to limit who and how many may join.)
FEE: $1500.00 annually.
Limit to 1 member per company.

 

Membership includes access to the private email forum. Registrations fees are required for each event.

The CRN is a private email forum for members only. The purpose is for leadership within the valuation community to act as counsel to each other, share experiences, and assist each other in solving mutual problems.

Suggestions for Participation:

If you belong to multiple email networks set up a folder in Outlook titled for each group. Set a "rule" that will move discussion group emails to the appropriate folder. We can also subscribe you in a digest format. Please respect others' opinions. Debates are healthy. Confidentiality is a must. We reserve the right to remove anyone at anytime.
